• You'll need your bank account details and your tenancy number.


• You need to have a personal UK bank account and be the only person required to authorise payments from that account.


• If you are not the holder of the bank account, or if more than one person needs to authorise a payment, you will need to download a paper copy of the Direct Debit form and send it by email to contactus@livin.co.uk, or post it to:
