Follow the steps below before requesting your new tenant gas and electric checks
1. Find out who your gas supplier is by visiting www.findmysupplier.energy
2. Find out who your electricity supplier is by visiting www.northernpowergrid.com
3. Find out who your water supplier is by visiting www.water.org.uk/customers/find-your-supplier
4. Contact all of the suppliers and set up the supplies in your own name
5. Add a minimum of £5 credit to your gas and electric (if your home has pre-payment meters).
