Livin Life Online

- Livin Life Online is our digital support offer for tenants, offering help to non-digital tenants. We define non-digital as someone who is not on the My Livin App, does not have an email and has not made a digital contact with us in the past 365 days.
- We can help tenants with Accessing a website, Accessing health information online, Accessing the My Livin app, communicating online, online banking, staying safe online and using a device.
- If a tenant does not have a device, we can loan laptops or tablets to help build their confidence over a longer period.
Support can be provided one-on-one in the tenant’s home, in a group setting in a communal area or over the phone.
